We find someone inside
We talk with every participant first, then find a volunteer who works there or in the field — matched on what you want to do rather than what you've been through.
You talk — and the chain starts
One conversation, with nothing to explain and nothing you have to ask for. Often it leads to an introduction to someone else they know — and that's how networks rebuild.
After the first call
One conversation is the floor, not the ceiling.
Some matches are exactly one call: a half hour of honest answers about an industry, a clearer sense of direction, and that's what was needed. That counts. Others become a chain — a second conversation, an introduction to a colleague, feedback on a resume, and where it genuinely fits, a referral when a real opening comes up.
Every volunteer completes an initial Zoom vetting session with our team before they're matched, and we check in with both sides after the first conversation. There are no quotas and no expectations — the measure of success is that you're back in the room, talking about your future.
What we ask of participants
- Start with a short intro call with our team so we can make the right match
- Be between 18 and 35, during treatment or after
- Come with a direction — a role, an industry, or a company list
- Show up to the calls you book
- Share only what you're comfortable sharing

- Complete an initial Zoom vetting session with our team
- Hold a job in the field you'll talk about
- Give thirty minutes for a first call
- Let us handle scheduling and follow-up
