Aidan Kepuraitis · Founder · Ex-investment banker · 2x survivor, stage 2 Hodgkin lymphoma
Our founder
Built by someone who has stood on both sides of the gap.
Aidan Kepuraitis was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkin lymphoma his senior year of college. He finished treatment, started work as an investment banking analyst — then was diagnosed a second time. Twice, cancer interrupted a career at its most fragile stage.
He knows the gap from the inside — the months missing from a resume, the contacts that go quiet. What closed it wasn't advice or referrals, but conversations with people who already knew. Nothing to explain. He was treated as a candidate, not a case.
The Foothold Project makes that available to every AYA patient and survivor who needs it. Whether you have thirty minutes to give or you're looking for a way back in, Aidan would like to hear from you.
